3种中药方剂对大肠埃希菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶的抑制作用 被引量:22

The enzyme inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on extended-spectrum lactamases(ESBLs)

摘要 目的:研究三黄汤、黄连解毒汤和五味消毒饮对超广谱β-内酰胺酶活性及表达的抑制作用以探讨三者对耐药性大肠杆菌的逆转机制。方法:用3种中药方剂培养耐药性大肠杆菌,分析比较逆转前后的超广谱β-内酰胺酶活性和含量。结果:3种中药方剂能够抑制超广谱β-内酰胺酶的活性及表达,与未经任何逆转作用的大肠杆菌阴性对照有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三黄汤、黄连解毒汤和五味消毒饮抑制超广谱β-内酰胺酶的活性和表达是其降低细菌耐药性的机制之一。 OBJECTIVE To study the enzyme inhibitang effect of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)-San Huang Tang,Coptidis decoction for detoxification and Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin by determining activity and content of extended spectrum lactamases (ESBLs), and approach the reversal mechanism of bacterial drug resistance of E. coli which generates extended-spectrum-laetamases. METHODS E. coli was cultured in physic liquor of three kinds of TCM.ESBLs was extracted and determined it's activity and content, RKSULTS Three kinds of TCM could inhibit the activity and content of ESBLs. The effect of TCM had significant difference than negative control (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION The activity and content of ESBLs was inhibited by TCM and it was one of the reversal mechanisms of bacterial drug resistance.
