降糖三黄片对热瘀互结型代谢综合征的影响

Effect of Jiangtang Sanhuang Pill in the Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome

目的观察降糖三黄片治疗热瘀互结型代谢综合征的疗效。方法 72例患者随机分为中药组(37例)和西药组(35例),在饮食及运动治疗的基础上,分别以降糖三黄片和拜糖苹干预治疗2个月,比较治疗后两组患者疗效,并观察两组患者治疗前后血压、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、临床证候总积分等一般情况以及血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等疗效指标的变化。结果中药组总有效率为78.4%,西药组为82.9%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。临床证候总积分中药组的改善程度优于西药组(P<0.05);BMI、WHR及血压两组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后血糖、HbA1c及胰岛素均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组治疗后HDL-C均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、HDL-C两项指标比较有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),西药组的改善程度优于中药组。结论降糖三黄片可有效治疗热瘀互结型代谢综合征,效果优于拜糖苹。

Objective To observe the effect of Jiangtang Sanhuang Pill （Herbal pills for reducing blood glucose） in the treatment of metabolic syndrome in the type of heat and blood stasis stagnation. Methods Seventy-two cases were randomized into two groups,herb group （37 cases） and western medicine group （35 cases）,and on the basis of the same treatment of diet and physical exercises,the herb group received the Jiangtang Sanhuang Pill for purging heat,eliminating blood stasis,replenishing qi,and nourishing yin,while the western medicine group received Acarbose,the conventional western medicine treatment. The course of treatment was 2 months and the therapeutic effect,changes of blood pressure （BP）,body mass index （BMI）,waist hip ratio （WHR）,and total score of clinical symptoms,blood glucose,insulin,glycolated hemoglobin （HbA1c）,total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） of both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the herb group was 78.4%,while that of the western medicine group was 82.9%,the difference between was not significant （P0.05）. The improvement in total score of symptoms of the herb group was better than that of the western medicine group （P0.05）. The changes in BMI,WHR,and BP of both groups after treatment were not significant （P0.05）. The blood glucose,HbA1c,and insulin of both groups was lowered after treatment （P0.01 or P0.05）. TC,TG and LDL-C of both groups were lowered after treatment （P0.01 or P0.05）. HDL-C of both groups was increased after treatment （P0.01）. The improvement in TC and HDL-C of the western medicine group was superior to that of the herb group with a significant difference （P0.01 or P0.05）. Conclusion Jiangtang Sanhuang Pill is safe and effective for metabolic syndrome in the type of heat and blood stasis stagnation.
