区域水资源生态经济系统可持续发展评价的能值分析方法 被引量:28

Emergy analysis for sustainable development assessment of regional water ecological-economics system

摘要 针对传统能量分析和经济分析方法无法合理评价生态经济系统内不同种类的能量或物质真实贡献的局限性,引入生态经济学的能值分析方法,以能值为量纲核算系统的能量流、物质流及货币流,建立能值指标体系,量化、评价系统发展所处的阶段和程度,为区域水资源生态经济系统可持续发展评价提供新的手段和方法.郑州市实例应用显示,郑州市水资源生态经济系统能值可持续指标为0.82,处于消费型阶段,水资源人口承载力为83万人,远远低于实际人口数,水资源压力很大,郑州市水资源生态经济系统尚未进入可持续发展阶段. Regional water ecological-economics system (RWEES) is the coupling system of traditional water resource system and eco-environment, social economy system. The development and utilization of water resources is realized in RWEES. Sustainable development assessment of RWEES is a basic method for the evaluation of sustainable water utilization, and also important for water resources macro-control. However, because of inherent limitations of traditional assessment methods,an accurate evaluation of coupling system can't be obtained. Emergy analysis is used here in order to provide a deeper understanding of RWEES. The energy, material and currency of RWEES are studied in the unit of emergy and the development degree of RWEES is quantified by a series of emergy indices. Emergy analysis supplies a new means for sustainable development assessment of RWEES. As an example, Zhengzhou water ecological-economics system is studied. The ESI of Zbengzhou WEES is 0.82 and the water resources population carrying capacity is 83000 people, which demonstrate that this system is in heavy pressure of water resources and is not sustainable.
