摘要
电力系统中使用统一潮流控制器(UPFC)可以明显改善运行状况。建立了UPFC的注入潮流模型和运行可靠性模型,以及UPFC安装费用和系统切负荷费用模型。基于运行可靠性模型提出了含UPFC的负荷削减模型,该模型通过UPFC的控制消除潮流越限和电压越限,以降低切负荷出现的概率,提高系统可靠性。最后给出了基于该模型的多UPFC配置方法,该方法的目标是在保证可靠性水平满足要求的前提下保证系统总费用最少。RTS 79系统的仿真表明,所提出的模型和配置方法优于传统模型和配置方法。
Steady state stability of power system can be improved greatly by unified power flow controller (UPFC). The power injection model and the real-time reliability model of UPFC are built. The installation cost model and the load curtailments cost model are then proposed. Based on the real time reliability model, the load curtailments model with UPFC is developed to eliminate line flows and bus voltages violation with UPFC, so the probability of load curtailment is reduced and the reliability of power system is enhanced. With this model, a multi-UPFC allocation method is given to minimize the total cost of power system operation with proper reliability level. Simulation results of the RTS 79 system indicate that the model and allocation method are better than the traditional ones.
