摘要
基于物元分析理论的可拓学原理及其主要特点,分析了影响供电质量的主要因素。运用物元分析模型构建供电服务质量评价指标体系,并以实例为依据,通过质量等级划分、物元分析模型构建、关联函数值计算、权重计算、隶属度确定等步骤,验证物元理论在供电服务质量评价中应用的可行性。
Based on the principles of extenics and its major characteristics of matter-element theory, an analysis is made of the main factors affecting the quality of power supply service. Furthermore, the matter-element analysis model is used to build a quality evaluation index system for power supply service in the following steps: quality level division, construction of matterelement analysis model, calculation of correlation function values, calculation of weights, and determination of membership grade. Empirical analysis show the feasibility of the evaluation method proposed.
