摘要
采用薄层扫描法对玄七通痹胶囊中有效成分黄芪甲甙进行了定量方法的研究，线性范围为１１～６６μｇ，ｒ＝０９９８１，样品加样回收率为９７１７％，ＲＳＤ为２３６％，方法简便、准确。
A TLC Scanning method was established for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Xuanqitongbi capsule. The linear range of the method was 1 1～6 6μg. The correlation coefficient was 0 9981. The recovery was 97 17%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2 36%. The method was proved to be simple, accurate and reproducible.
