摘要
针对中低压变电站及IEC 61850标准的特点,开发了能够实现全站的保护和控制的集中式保护装置,并设计了集成式数字化变电站系统。阐述了集成式数字化变电站自动化系统的整体结构,讨论了过程层采样方案、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)跳闸方案和集中式保护装置设计方案。对过程层采样的可靠性和GOOSE网跳闸方案的实时性和可靠性进行的检验表明了设计方案能够满足实际工程运行的需求。所设计的集成式数字化变电站自动化系统已应用于实际工程。
The integrated protection device to implement all the protection and control of the substation is developed, and the corresponding integrated digital substation automation system is designed according to the features of medium and low voltage substations and the standard IEC 61850. The overall structure of integrated digital substation automation system is introduced and the schemes of sampling through process layer, the trip schemes with generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) and the integrated protection device design schemes are described. The tests of reliability of sampling through the process layer and the real-time characteristic and reliability of GOOSE network show that the schemes can meet the requirements of actual project operation. The designed integrated digital substation automation system has been applied in a practical project.
