摘要
目前,大多数变电站程序化操作方案仅考虑一次设备程序化操作,涉及二次部分的操作仍由运行人员到现场人工完成,这将导致程序化操作暂时中断。文中以双母线接线方式下某一条220 kV线路断路器母线侧隔离开关发热处理为例,对母线倒排、隔离开关操作、电流互感器二次回路切换等功能进行二次回路优化,并对常规操作和优化前后程序化操作模式下的操作时间进行比较。
At present, most substation sequential operation schemes only consider primary equipment sequential operations, and operations involving secondary systems must be implemented manually by operating personnel on the field, which will result in temporary interruption of sequential operations. Taking the implementation of an isolator at the bus side of a 220 kV circuit breaker getting hot in double bus mode for example, secondary circuits are optimized for busbars switching, isolator operation and current transformer's secondary circuit switching. The operation hours of routine operations, sequential operations before and after optimization are compared.
