摘要
PASSIM卷接机组接装纸供胶系统采用一级连续不间断供胶方式,在回流过程中胶水水分散失,尘埃增多,而且存在着供胶间歇断流现象,从而易产生漏气和掉嘴烟支。为此,结合PASSIM与PROTOS供胶系统的优点,设计了新型胶池式供胶系统,通过增设胶池、改进上胶器、增设三级刮胶装置和胶位检测器等,实现了连续、稳定和清洁供胶,杜绝了漏气和掉嘴烟支产生,保证了产品质量。
In the tipping paper glue applicator in PASSIM type filter cigarette making machine,glue is continuously supplied from a glue pot,the moisture dissipation and dust contamination during glue refluxing may lead to intermittent glue supply,and defective cigarettes with air leak or loose filter result. A new glue supply system which incorporated the advantages of glue supply systems in PASSIM and PROTOS was designed. By adding a glue pot,three sequential scrapers,a glue level detector,and improving glue applicator,glue supply becomes uninterrupted,stable and clean. The cigarette defects of air leak and loose filter are eliminated.
