宁夏城市公共产品及公共服务提供研究

On the supply of urban public goods and urban public services in Ningxia

随着经济的发展,中国城市化进程速度不断加快,城市经济的重要性也日趋明显。如何在新的形势下依靠城市公共产品及公共服务提高城市竞争力和人民生活水平,成为急需解决的问题。本文基于既有研究,结合宁夏城市公共产品及公共服务现状,构建了城市公共产品及公共服务评价体系,该指标体系包括公共产品及公共服务两大类一级指标和34项二级指标,并运用因子分析法,对宁夏城市公共产品及公共服务进行了对比研究。

With the fast development of the urbanization in China,urban economy becomes more and more important. It is urgent to improve a city＇s competition power,people＇s living standard,urban public goods and urban public services. Through the detailed analysis,the essay offers an evaluation system of the urban public goods and urban public services. There are two first-level indexes and thirty-four second-level indexes in the system. On the basis of factor analysis evaluation theory,the essay makes comparison between urban public goods and urban public services in Ningxia.
