摘要
在当今激烈的国际竞争中,每一个成功的企业,都是找到了适合自己发展的独特商业模式才得以发展壮大。文章分析了商业模式创新的维度与动因,并提出了运用TRIZ发明问题解决理论的标准程序解决企业商业模式创新的观点,为加速企业的商业模式创新变革提供了科学依据。
In the fierce international competition,each successful enterprise develops by means of exploring a unique business model which is suitable for its own.This paper gives an analysis of the dimension and motivation for the business mode innovation,and puts forward the point of view that Theory of Inventive Problem Solving can be used to innovate business model via the universal TRIZ standard procedure,which provides a scientific basis for enterprises to accelerate the revolution steps of business model.
