膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠注射治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of arthroscopic debridement combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in aged patients

目的探讨膝关节镜下清理联合透明质酸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 86例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予关节镜下清理,观察组在此基础上给予透明质酸。结果观察组近期和远期总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均具有显著性(均P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论膝关节镜下清理联合透明质酸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎近期和远期均有较好疗效,能有效缓解疼痛,改善关节运动功能,值得临床进一步推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the efficacy and outcome of knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopic arthro-scopic debridement combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection. [Methods]86 aged patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups randomly, each group with 43 patients. Arthroscopic debridement combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection was performed in the therapeutic group, and the control group with arthroscopic debridement only. [Results]The near future and long-term effective rate of therapeutic group were significantly higher than control group （both P 0.05）, and no adverse reactions were observed in both groups. [Conclusion]As the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee arthroscopic surgery combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection showed the superiority to maintain normal function of knee and effectively relieve the pain. The therapeutic strategies is worthy of further application.
