中西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛46例观察

Observation on 46 Cases of Angina Pectoris Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:治疗组46例和对照组45例均用肠溶阿司匹林等治疗,治疗组加用益气活血中药治疗。结果:症状总有效率、心电图总有效率、心绞痛发作总有效率,治疗组分别为89.13%、86.95%、84.78%,对照组分别为77.78%、75.55%、71.11%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛效果较好。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on angina pectoris treated by combination of TCM and western medicine.Method：46 cases of the study group and 45 cases of the control group were treated with enteric-coated aspirin.The study group were treated with Chinese herbs of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation additionally.Result：The total effective rate of symptom,the total effective rate of electrocardiogram and the total effective rate of angina attacks of the study group were 89.13%、86.95% and 84.78% respectively while that of the control group were 77.78%、75.55% and 71.11% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of TCM and western medicine has good effect on angina pectoris.
