世博安保部队官兵心理防护问题及对策分析

2010上海世博安保工作任务重、强度大、要求高,世博安保官兵长期处于高紧张度、高强度、错综复杂的工作坏境中,其个人心理健康面临着极大的考验与挑战。本文重点分析世博安保部队官兵出现心理问题的原因、表现,并提出了适当的应对策略,从而达到增强安保官兵心理适应能力,维护安保官兵心理健康,提高世博安保工作整体效率的目的。

The security task in 2010 Shanghai World Expo is of high requirements. The security soldiers will work in a high-intensity, high-strength and complicated environment for a long period, the mental health of every solider will face enormous challenge and test. The article focuses on the World Expo troops with their psychological problems and performance, proposes appropriate counter measurements to enhance the security soldiers＇ mental fitness, maintain their mental health and improve the overall security task of the World Expo.
