摘要
采用干法合成,利用红锌矿(ZnO)在1150-1300℃温度下,保温4-6 h即可制得结晶好、粒度较为均匀的ZnO∶Zn材料。利用XRD、能谱仪和荧光光谱仪,表征了样品的微观结构和发光性能,结果表明,与进口VFD荧光微粉ZnO∶Zn的光谱指标基本相同,可以作为VFD低压荧光粉体材料。
By using stem method,zincite(ZnO) was synthesized at 1150-1300 ℃.Heating for 4-6 h could immediately make ZnO∶Zn material's crystallization accomplished with more even grain degrees.With XRD,EDS,and Fluorescence Spectrometer,microstructure and luminescence of the samples were studied.Results showed that synthesized ZnO∶Zn fluorescence powder can be used as raw material for making VFD low pressure fluorescence powder.
