邓恩桉插条生根抑制物质鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 以扦插生根困难的邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii)和易生根的尾巨桉无性系U9(E.urophylla×E.Grandis.U9)为研究对象,分别从受试材料的生物效应、提取液酸度、化学鉴定、酚类物质含量及GC-MS分析5个方面进行邓恩桉插条生根抑制物的研究。结果表明:与尾巨桉无性系U9相比,邓恩桉插条提取液具有较强的生物抑制效应,但二者提取液酸度和主要酸类物质的种类相近,而酚类物质化学显色反应的差异较大。经测定,邓恩桉提取液中酚类物质的含量明显偏高。通过GC-MS分析,U9提取液中同时存在具有抑制和促进作用的酚类物质,而邓恩桉提取液中仅存在具有抑制作用的一元酚。初步认为,酸类物质对邓恩桉插条生根的抑制作用不明显,而酚类物质中的一元酚对邓恩桉插条生根可能具有一定的抑制作用。 Rooting-inhibitors of Eucalyptus dunnii cuttings were studied with E.dunnii rooting hard and E.urophylla×E.Grandis clone (U9) rooting easily from biological effect, acidity and chemical assay, etc. Results showed that, compared with U9, the biological effect of E.dunnii cuttings extract was stronger, while the acidity and the main acid substance were similar, and the difference for chemical assay of phenolic compounds was significant. The content of phenolic compounds in E.dunnii extract was evidently greater by determination. Both phenolic compound that had inhibitive effect and phenolic compound that had promoting effect existed in the U9 extract, while there was only inhibitive monohydric phenolic in E.dunnii cuttings by GC-MS analysis. This preliminary indicated that the inhibition effect of acid substance on E.dunnii cuttings rooting was not significant, while the monohydric phenolic of phenolic compounds probably had certain inhibition effect on E.dunnii cuttings rooting.
