摘要
目的:研究本草消渴丹对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖和血清胰岛素含量的影响。方法:选择高脂、高糖饲料加小剂量链脲佐素(STZ,25mg·kg-1腹腔注射)复制大鼠2型糖尿病模型,分别以本草消渴丹和二甲双胍进行干预,检测空腹血糖。治疗4周后测大鼠空腹血糖、血清胰岛素含量以及大鼠体质量变化。结果:本草消渴丹能显著降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖含量和胰岛素含量且具有显著缓解体质量增长缓慢的作用。结论:本草消渴丹治疗糖尿病的机制之一是缓解血清胰岛素抵抗。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of Bencao xiaoke pills on the content of blood glucose and serum insulin in rats with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus. METHODS：Type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus model was established by small dose intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin （STZ） 25 mg·kg and high fat and sugar diet. Model rats were treated with Bencao xiaoke pills and metformin. Fasting blood glucose were detected. After 4 weeks of treatment, the content of fasting blood glucose and serum insulin and the change of body weight were determined. RESULTS：Bencao xiaoke pills could reduce the content of fasting blood glucose and serum insulin in rats with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus. It also could speed up the increase of body weight. CONCLUSION：One of hypoglycemic mechanisms is Bencao xiaoke pills can alleviate insulin resistance.
