摘要
目的:探讨CT导向立体定位,经鼻蝶入路治疗垂体瘤临床应用价值。方法:CT薄层扫描,确定靶心,用2.1mm细钻头钻开鞍底,先行活检,再用射频毁损肿瘤,共治疗12例,观察术前后PRL和GH的变化。结果:认为该方法治疗小垂体瘤与传统经蝶显微手术相比,操作简便安全,效果可靠满意,病人痛苦少、恢复快,无严重并发症。结论:此方法与立体定向放射神经外科(伽玛刀和X刀等)相比,该法也有其独特优点,只要病例选择恰当,有很大的临床应用价值。
Small pitutary tumors are more common in clinic.The Classical treatment is micro-operation via trans-sphenoidal approach with some problems to be resolved It is very necessary to search for a kind of method which makes operation safer,complications less and cost lower.So we desigines" CT-guided stereotactic thermal destruction with radio-frenquency via endonasal trans-sphenoidal approach for the Treatment of small pitutary tumors."On the basis of the experimental research,we carried out the clinical study.12 cases with small pitutary tumors were treated with this kind of operation.The study showed that this method is more safe,more effective and less injurious than classic methods,and compared with r-nife treatment,this method has special value.So this special technique for the treatment of small pitutary tumors is valuable and vill be applied more extensively in the near future.
