从工程项目进度管理的基本原理出发,以离子膜法烧碱项目为例,探讨了影响项目进度管理的因素,以及我国项目进度管理的具体现状和存在的问题。针对这些问题,并根据项目进度管理的发展趋势,指出了目前我国项目进度管理工作应该努力的方向。

Based on the basic principle of engineering project schedule management, and taking ionexchange membrane caustic soda projects as examples, factors of influencing project schedule management were discussed. The present domestic situation of project schedule management was studied as well as the existed problems. According to the problems and based on the development trend of project schedule management, the direction in which domestic project schedule management work should strive was pointed out.
