摘要 以钛及合金为基体、HA涂层的复合材料作为植入物应用已很普遍。HA涂层与钛及合金基体的结合强度较低,易出现界面剥落现象;ZrO2具有较好的生物相容性,而且能提高涂层和界面的结合强度,制备HA/ZrO2生物复合涂层已成为国内外学者的研究热点之一。本文综述了HA/ZrO2生物复合涂层的研究进展。 The composite materials that HA as coating materials of titanium allays are used widely as implant material.But the bonding strength between HA and them is low,and HA coating usually flake off.Anatase ZrO2 also has excellent biocompatibility too,so as buffer layer,it can increase the bonding strength of HA and titanium alloys interface.Now,how to process HA/ZrO2 composite coating that can increase the bonding strength of it and titanium alloys interface has become one of hot points.In this paper,the progress of HA/ZrO2 composite coating pro-cessing is reviewed.
