摘要
目的探讨急诊护士离职意愿的现状及其影响因素。方法通过方便抽样的方法,对某市二级及以上9所综合医院的150名急诊护士进行调查。结果急诊护士的离职意愿得分为(14.43±3.95)分;不同年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、任职方式、职称和年收入的护士离职意愿不同。影响急诊护士离职意愿的主要因素是年收入。结论护理管理者应重视急诊护士的离职意愿,主要从提高护士待遇来提高护士满意度,从而降低离职意愿,减少离职行为的产生,以稳定急诊护理队伍。
Objective To explore the status of the emergency nurses'turnover intention and its influencing factors. Methods By the convenient sampling method, 150 nurses in the emergency department of 9 2 - level and 3 - level general hospitals were involved and investigated. Results The mean score of turnover intention of emergency nurses was (14.43 ± 3.95). Significantly differences were found among nurses with different ages, marriage statuses,work experiences ,working types, professional titles, and annual incomes, and the annual income was the key affecting factor of turnover intention. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the turnover intention of emergency nurses, They could try to increase the inconle of nurses to improve their satisfaction and reduce the turnover intention and turnover behavior,thus to stabilize the team of emergency nurses.
