临床不合理用药的原因分析及管理对策

Causes analysis and counter measures of clinical irrational administration

近年来,随着临床用药品种的不断增多,不合理用药现象极为严重,分析原因主要包括工作人员、病人、经济和社会4个方面因素,针对以上因素提出了加强医师管理;建立临床用药评价系统,规范医务人员用药行为;重视对护士进行有关药物知识及专业技术方面的培训;加强对病人的宣传教育工作,以促进药物使用的合理性,保证病人用药安全。

As the kinds of clinical drugs increased continuously during recent years,the problems of irrational administration became more and more serious. This paper analyzed the causes of irrational administration that included staff,patients ,economic and social factors. According to the four factors ,the paper developed the following countermeasures. Firstly,the management of doctors should be strengthened,the assessment system of clinical administration should be established, and the administration behaviors of medical staff should be standardized. Secondly ,tbe training of drug - related knowledge and professional skills among nurses should be emphasized on. Thirdly,the health education of patients should be strengthened. These all will enhance the rational administration and secure the safety of patients.
