渐进性舒适训练对老年肾穿刺术患者的干预研究

Research of gradually comfort training among old patients before renal biopsy

目的探讨舒适训练对减少老年患者在肾穿刺术围手术期不适反应及术后并发症的作用。方法将100例行肾穿刺术的老年患者分为两组,对照组50例实施常规护理,干预组50例在此基础上实施舒适训练。结果干预组烦躁、失眠、腰酸背痛、排尿困难、腹胀的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现肉眼血尿、肾周血肿、感染等并发症。结论肾穿刺术前舒适干预训练能显著提高老年患者生理、心理舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect nf gradually comfort training before renal hiopsy on the remission of perioperative discomfort and postoperative complications among old patients. Methods One hundred old patients scheduled to undergo renipuncture were randomized into the intervention group and the control group （50 eases in each group）. The control group just received the usual care, and the intervention group received the comfort training in addition. Results The incidence of discomfort reactions, soeh as fidgety, insomnia,sore waist and aching in the waist and the back, dysuresia, and abdominal distension, in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control grnup （P 〈 0.05 ）. Both groups of patients hadn t postoperative complications, such as gross hematuria,perirenal hematoma,and infection,between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion Comfortable training before renal biopsy could improve the physiological arid psychological comfort of old patients.
