摘要
研究了采用HNO3—H2O2—HCl酸体系对植物样品进行微波消解,采用FP 640火焰光度计测定3种植物标准物质中全钾的含量。5个平行测定结果均在其证书标准值范围内,方法相对标准偏差为0.6%~1.6%,结果令人满意。
Microwave digestion on plant samples by HNO3-H2O2-HCl acid system and determination on the total potassium content in the certified reference material of three plants by FP 640 flame photometer were studied in this paper.The results of five parallel determination are within the range of the certificate standard values,and the relative standard deviation of the method is 0.6%~1.6%.The results is satisfied.
