铜陵市医务人员保险认知状况调查

An Investigation into Insurance Cognition of Medical Workers in Tongling City

目的:了解铜陵市医务人员的保险认知现状,分析存在问题,提出改进认知的建议。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对100名医务人员进行基本保险认知情况的调查。结果:调研对象对保险性质、保险产品、保险市场等方面仍存在着较大误区,对保险产品的接受程度较低。结论:保险公司与医疗机构共同关注,提高医务人员的保险意识,扩大保险行为,促进医务人员身心健康。

Objective： The investigation was conducted in a typical city in Southern Anhui Province in order to get some basic information of insurance cognition of medical workers,analyze problems and make recommendations to improve cognition.Methods： Using questionnaire survey as the main methodology;100 medical staff was chosen as samples to make the analysis.Results： There are still many misunderstandings in insurance properties,products and market;alongside with some negative attitude to insurance.Conclusion： While both sharing the purpose of ＂helping others in the pursuit of happiness＂;medical care and insurance have much internal homogeneity.Medical institutions and insurances should get together to achieve a higher level of insurance recognition and expand insurance acts of medical workers.
