62例糖尿病肾病临床分析

Clinical analysis of 62 cases of diabetic nephropathies

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病的早期诊断及发病因素。方法:对62例糖尿病肾病病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:62例中病情好转34例,无好转或病情加重17例,死亡11例。结论:糖尿病肾病发病与高血糖、高血压、脂质代谢异常、年龄等因素有关;检测尿蛋白方法简单快捷,对早期诊断及治疗有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the early diagnosis and Pathogenic Factorsof diabetic nephropathy.Methods： 62 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively which were treated.Results： 34 case got better,17 cases did not got better even got worse,11 cases died.Conclusion： The etiology of diabetic nephropathy is related to Hyperglycemia,Hypertension,Dyslipidemia,age etc,The method which detect urinary protein is ofgreat importance toearlydiagnosis and treatment ofdiabetic nephropathies.
