摘要
糖尿病足病是糖尿病严重的慢性并发症,下肢血管病变是糖尿病足病的主要原因之一。目前临床常用的检测糖尿病下肢血管病变的方法多反映下肢大中小血管病变而对下肢尤其踝以下微循环障碍则未能很好的体现,经皮氧分压(TcPO2)测定可以直接反映微循环的功能状态,较早发现糖尿病足溃疡发生的风险、预测溃疡愈合的可能、选择截肢平面及评价治疗效果等。
Diabetic foot is severe chronic complication of the topographic skin microcirculation decreases the skin oxygenation of the lower limb,and plays an important role in the development of the diabetic foot.Transcutaneous oxygen pressureTcpo2 is a noninvasive method reflecting topographic skin microcirculation directly and can be used to detect diabetic patients at risk of foot ulceration and predict the healing of foot ulcers.TcPO2 tension also seems to be useful for deteminingthe optimal amputation level,monitoringclinical progression and evaluatingthe rapeutic efficacy.
