导乐分娩与分娩镇痛临床应用的观察

Clinical Observation of Music-guided Delivery and Labor Analgesia

目的:探讨人性化护理对孕妇及新生儿的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查,将72例导乐+电脑镇痛的产妇为观察组,将导乐人性化护理贯穿分娩全过程;80例产妇为对照组,只给予导乐全程陪伴分娩,观察两组的镇痛效果、分娩方式、各产程时间、新生儿窒息、产后出血、产后满意度。结果:观察组手术产率、产后出血率低、第一产程活跃期短、满意度高。结论:导乐分娩+电脑镇痛能缩短产程,促进自然分娩,提高产科质量。

Objective： to explore the effects of individualized nursing on pregnant women and neonates.Method： retrospective analysis of 72 cases of pregnant women underwent musicguided delivery and labor analgesia （experiment group）,provided with individualized nursing and care through the whole process.80 pregnant women were chosen as the control group,applied only with musicguided delivery and accompany childbirth.Analgesia effects,delivery mode,delivery time,neonate asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results： Operation rates and postpartum hemorrhage rates of the experiment group is lower,with shorter first stage active phase and higher satisfaction.Conclusion： Musicguided delivery and labor analgesia can shorten the stage of labor,promote natural delivery and improve delivery quality.
