食管癌组织中幽门螺杆菌感染与Ki67抗原表达的相关性

Relationship between HP Infection and Expression of Ki67 Antigen in Oesophageal Carcinoma

目的:探讨食管癌组织中细胞增殖核抗原Ki67的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的关系。方法:应用Warthin-Starry银染色及快速尿酶法观察48例食管癌患者中幽门螺杆菌感染情况、免疫组化染色检测食管癌中Ki67的表达情况,并与正常食管组织、食管炎标本检测结果相比较。结果:食管无病变、食管炎及食管癌患者中HP感染率分别为:26.3%、69.6%和91.7%;Ki67抗原阳性表达率在正常食管、食管炎及食管癌组织中分别为5.3%、34.8%和72.9%。在食管癌患者中HP阳性组Ki67抗原阳性表达率高于HP阴性组。食管癌中HP感染与Ki67表达呈正相关(P=0.024)。结论:食管癌组织中Ki67表达及HP感染共同参与食管癌的发生、发展。

Objective： To study the relationship between HP infection and expression of Ki67 antigen in oesophageal carcinoma.Methods： HP was examined by Warthin-Starry method and rapid urease test,and Ki67 antigen were examined immunohisto-chemically in 48 patients with oesophageal carcinoma,42 patients with no oesophageal carcinoma.Results： For the patients with no esophageal lesions,esophagitis and oesophageal carcinoma,the positive expression rates of HP were 26.3%、69.6%、91.7% respectively;the Ki67 antigen were 5.3%、34.8% 72.9%respectively.The positive expression rates of Ki67 antigen in patients with oesophageal carcinoma were higher in HP infection group than in HP negative group.There was a positive correlation between the rate of Ki67 antigen expression and the rate of HP dectation （r=0.325,P=0.024） in oesophageal carcinoma.Conclusion ： The over-expression of Ki67 antigen and HP infection play an important role in the occurrence and development of oesophageal carcinoma.
