门诊清创缝合术患者健康教育时机、方式的调查研究

Debridement and Suturing of the out-patient health education in patients with the timing, Methods of investigation and Countermeasure

目的:探讨适合清创缝合术患者健康教育的时间和方式,使患者掌握康复的相关知识,最佳程度恢复机体功能。方法:对105例门诊清创缝合术患者进行询问式的交谈,调查患者对健康教育的时间和方式的需求。结果:75%以上患者选择术后进行健康教育;健康教育的方式,两者无明显差异。结论:术后对清创缝合术患者进行健康教育效果较好;口头式和处方式的健康教育同样重要。

Objective：to explore appropriate debridement and suturing of health education in patients with the time and manner,so that the rehabilitation of patients to master knowledge,the best level to restore bodily functions。Methods： 105 cases of outpatient debridement and suture type of conversation asking patients to investigate the patient＇s health education needs of the time and manner.Results： 75% of a patient after health education;health education methods,no significant difference between the two.Conclusion： Postoperative debridement and suturing of health education in patients with good results;type and at the way oral health education are equally important.
