Experiences in Drug Counseling Online and Health Education

目的:探讨网上药物咨询和健康教育的前景。方法:回顾性分析近2年来某院网上药物咨询和健康教育资料。结果:网络、当面对话等方式开展药学服务和用药心理咨询服务,加强了患者对医院的信任度,提高了患者用药的依从性。结论:网上药物咨询和健康教育是医疗优质服务的延伸,有利于提高他们的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the prospects of drug counseling online and health education.Methods： The data of drug counseling online and health education information were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital past two years.Results： Pharmaceutical care and drug counseling services on network or face to face can strengthen patient trust on the hospital,and increase patient compliance on medication.Conclusion： Drug counseling online and health education is an extension of medical services,and improve patient quality of life.
