摘要
论述了Ca-Al复合合金的成分设计、脱氧理论依据、冶炼方法、应用方法、应用范围及应用效果;通过实践得到的结果证实:Ca-Al合金中Ca/Al=1.0~1.05时具有较大的脱氧潜力,此时Ca-Al化合物不但具有更好的脱氧能力,使脱氧水平达到极限值,而且还具有对Al_2O_3进行变性处理以及脱S、P的功能;Ca-Al复合合金在钢中应用可降低合金用量,减少Al的消耗量,提高钢的内在质量,达到降低炼钢成本的目的。
Abstract This paper discussed the composition design,the theoretical basis of deoxidation,the smelting method,the application method,the application range and the application result of Ca-Al composite alloy.The results obtained by practice confirmed that the Ca-Al alloy has a strong deoxidation potential when calcium-aluminum is between 1.0~1.05,and then Ca-Al compound does not only have better deoxidation ability to obtain the deoxy limit level,but also have the ability of denaturalization treatment of Al2O3,the function of desulfurization and dephosphorization.Applying Ca-Al composite alloy for steelmaking can bring down the amount of alloy dosage,reduce consumption of aluminum,improve the internal quality of steel and achieve reducing the steel-making cost.
