摘要
介绍了一种全新型的"流态化"片剂五氧化二钒生产系统,该系统中,钒酸铵的脱水、脱氨与熔化"三步"分别由闪蒸干燥、悬浮煅烧、闪速熔化三组流态化功能设备高效完成,热能与流态气(物)流又将三组设施一体化集成;新装置集环保、清洁生产、能源梯次利用、全程自动控制等特点为一身,并具有模块化设计功能。同国内现有主流工艺相比,工序能耗降低30%以上,钒金属收率提高3%~4%,整体工艺技术水平和指标在国际同行业中处于领先水平。
Introduced a new type fluidized production system for flake V2O5,of which the dehydration,deammoniation and melting of ammonium vanadate are efficiently finished by fluidization function equipment of flash evaporation,flashroasting and flash smelting respectively,while the heat energy and the fluidized air solid flow integrate the three sets of facility.The whole system combines the characteristics of modern equipment such as environmental protection,clean production,energy gradient utilization and full automatic control etc,and it has the function of modular design.Compared with domestic existing main stream process,the process consumption of energy reduced by 30%or so,the recovery rate of metal vanadium increased by 3%~4%,the whole technology level and index are in the leading level within the same industry in the world.
