慢性前列腺炎患者对健康教育知识及途径需求状况调查分析及对策

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostitutes,CP)患者对健康教育知识及途径需求状况,并提出对策。方法对本院门诊172例CP患者进行问卷调查,了解CP患者对疾病健康教育知识及获取途径需求状况。结果 CP患者健康教育知识需求前4项依次为:CP发病机理(94.2%)、CP诱发因素与预防方法(90.7%)、CP治疗方法与效果(88.4%)、CP日常生活注意事项(87.2%);健康教育需求途径前4项依次为:与医生交谈(90.7%)、科普手册(82.0%)、与护士交谈(75.6%)、网络查询(62.8%)。结论本调查发现,CP患者对CP发病机理、诱发因素及预防方法等疾病相关知识较需求,与医护人员交谈、为他们提供科普手册健康教育方式是患者较欢迎的教育方式。因此,医院医护人员应根据患者的需求,采取患者受欢迎的健康教育方式向其提供疾病相关知识,从而达到改变CP患者不良生活习惯行为,促进患者身心康复的目的。

Objective To investigate the need of the patients with chronic prostitutes（CP） for the content and approach of health education. Method A survey was performed among 172 CP patients for outpatient visits to investigate their needs for the content and approach of health education. Results The first four items involving health education needs were disease pathogenesis and relevant knowledge （94.2%）, inducing factors and prevention （90.7%）, therapies and results （88.4%）, daily cautions （87.2%）, and the first four approaches including talking to the doctor （90.7%）, science manuals （82.0%）, talking to the nurses （75.6%） and network queries （62.8%）. Conclusions The CP patients need to know disease-related information such as pathogenesis, inducing factors and prevention. The popular approaches to health education include talking to doctors and nurses as well as providing them science manuals. In order to promote the recovery and raise the living quality of the CP patients, medical staff should provide them disease-related knowledge in popular way according to their needs.
