会阴按摩法结合会阴正中切开术在产妇分娩过程中的应用效果观察

目的观察会阴按摩法结合会阴正中切开术在产妇分娩过程中的应用效果。方法选择经阴道分娩具有会阴切开适应症的产妇120例,随机分为实验组与对照组各60例,实验组采用会阴按摩法结合会阴正中切开术,对照组采用传统式会阴侧切术。观察两组产妇切口出血量、缝合时间、切口疼痛程度及切口裂伤情况。结果两组产妇切口出血量、缝合时间、切口疼痛程度比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组产妇切口出血量明显减少,缝合时间明显缩短,产后切口疼痛明显减轻。结论会阴按摩法结合会阴正中切开术能明显减少产妇切口出血量,缩短缝合时间及降低产后产妇切口疼痛程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of perineum massage combined with perineum median incision on incision bleeding, suturing time and postpartum incisional pains. Methods 120 puerperas giving birth through vagina were recruited for this study. The subjects were equally randomized into two groups： the experimental group treated with perineum massage combined with perineum median incision and the control group with lateral perineal incision. The incision bleeding, suturing time and postpartum incision pains of the two groups were examined. Result The incision bleeding in the experimental group was significantly lessened, the suturing time was significantly shortened and the postpartum incision pains were significantly relieved than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Perineum massage combined with median incision may enhance the puerperas＇ comfort feeling and improve the prognosis.
