口鼻联合径路鼻窦内窥镜下小儿腺样体切除术的护理

Nursing of the infant patients undergoing adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy through mouth and nose

目的探讨口鼻联合径路鼻窦内窥镜下小儿腺样体切除术的效果,并总结护理要点。方法对126例患儿在全身麻醉后行口鼻联合径路鼻窦内窥镜下小儿腺样体切除术,并配合术前后的护理。结果治愈110例(87.3%),好转14例(11.1%),无效2例(1.6%),总有效率为98.4%。术后1例出现恶心、呕吐物潴留,2例出现鼻腔出血,12例出现创口疼痛。结论口鼻联合径路鼻窦内窥镜下小儿腺样体切除术效果好。术前应做好患儿的心理安抚,耐心鼓励安慰患儿,减轻患儿紧张的情绪;术后应密切观察患儿病情变化,预防窒息、创口出血及继发感染,其是手术成功的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the effect in nursing the children patients with adenoid hypertrophy treated by adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy through mouth and nose. Method The nursing data of 126 children patients undergoing adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope through mouth and nose were retrospectively reviewed. Results 110 children （87.3%） were fully cured, 14 （11.1%） achieved a favorable recovery and 2 （1.6%） no effect. The total effective rate reaching 98.4%. Preoperatively, 1 patient developed nausea and retention of vomitus, 2 nasal bleeding and 12 pains in wounds. Conclusion Close observations of changes in their disease conditions, and prevention against asphyxia, wound bleeding and secondary infection are the key points to the success of adenoidectomy.
