摘要
本文介绍一种新发明的光学分子图像技术,其体外分子成像分辨率可以达到原子水平,对细胞内分辨率可以达到分子水平,并且可以用于观测活体细胞的生长、繁殖、凋亡等变化过程,可以成为在细胞水平研究药物生物活性的强有力工具。并提出用该相关技术结合系统生物信息学方法研究中药复方的分子作用机制,从现代生物哲学视角诠释了中药复方君臣佐使配伍的用药理论原理,为中药复方的研究指明了可能途径。
This paper presents a new molecular image technique, which improves the in vitro resolution to the atomic level. This technique can be used to observe the molecular structure of cells and get real-time molecular images of cells in vivo, which makes it a potential tool in the study of medical bioactivity at the cell level. This technique is also supposed to be used in combination with high through-put microfluidic chip in studying traditional Chinese prescription formulae, giving an explanation for Chinese .Traditional theories of materia medica via modern concepts. The results show that the best drug to treat a disease may consist of the components or functions of monarch drugs, minister drugs, assistant drugs and guide drugs.
