摘要
目的:研究海芒果叶中的黄酮类成分。方法:通过多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从海芒果叶中分离得到了8个黄酮类成分,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、柚皮素(2)、香橙素(3)、山奈酚-7-O-葡萄糖苷(4)、5-O-葡萄糖-7,4'-二羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基-二氢黄酮(5)、山奈酚(6)、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(7)、芦丁(8)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
This study was designed for isolating and identifying flavonoids from leaves of Cebera manghas. The chemical constituents were isolated using various column chromatography techiques, and their structures were elucidated based on their physicochemical constants and spectral data analysis. Eight flavonoids were obtained and determined to be quercetin (1), narigenin (2), aromadendrin (3), kaempferol-7-O-glucopyranoside (4), 5-O-glucopyra- nosyl-7, 4"-dihydroxy-3', 5'-dimethoxy-flavanone (5), kaempferol (6), kaempferol-3-O-tutinoside (7), and rutin (8). Among which, compounds 1-6 were isolated from genus Cerbera for the first time.
