摘要
目的分析广州老年高血压患者的饮食和运动特点,探讨社区高血压患者更有针对性的健康教育和护理方法。方法从在我院体验的老年人员中选取62例高血压患者,将其分为血压控制组(17例)和血压未控制组(45例),同时随机抽取非高血压患者50人作为正常组。检测其生理、生化指标,问卷调查其饮食控制和运动情况,并与正常组比较。结果血压控制组患者的行走最小步数明显高于血压未控制组和正常组;高血压患者的血肌酐水平明显高于正常组;高血压患者中较多人口味较清淡,吃肉少,但吃腌瓜的较多。结论防治老年高血压,社区教育中应着重强调低强度的运动锻炼,限制腌制食品的摄入。
Objective To analysis the characteristics of diet and exercise of hypertensive patients, and to supply more targeted healthy education programs and nursing methods. Methods Sixty-two patients with hypertension were divided into blood pressure control group (n= 17) with normal blood pressure and blood pressure uncontrol group (n = 45) with abnormal blood pressure. 50 healthy persons without hypertension were selected as normal groups. Their physiological and biochemical parameters were measured, and their diet and exercise conditions were surveyed with a questionnaire. Results Activity of the small step walking in blood pressure control group was significantly higher than that in blood pressure uncontrol group and normal group. Serum ereatinine level in blood pressure uneontrol group was significantly higher than normal group. Patients in blood pressure uncontrol group like to eat less meat but more pickled melons. Conclusion To prevent and treat hypertension in the elderly, community education should advocate a life style with low-intensity physical exercise and limiting intake of preserved foods.
