声带息肉患者的个性心理特征及其相关性研究

Study on relationship between vocal cord polyps and the patients' personality and psychological characteristics

目的分析声带息肉病人的个性心理特征,研究其与疾病的相关性。方法将声带息肉病人75例(观察组)与正常人群83例(对照组)分别进行艾森克个性问卷,抑郁自评量表(SDS),焦虑自评量表(SAS)的测试,将问卷结果输入心理测评软件系统进行自动分析比较。结果除P量表得分外,观察组E、N、L各量表及SDS、SAS得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论声带息肉的病程与其个性心理特征和抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪,不稳定的个性特点具有一定的相关性。

Objective To analysis the patients＇ personality and psychological characteristics, and to study the relationship with vocal cord polyps. Methods 75 patients with vocal cord polyps （observation group） and 83 normal people （control group） were included in the study. They were tested by Eysenck personality questionnaire, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） respectively. The results were analyzed and contrasted by psychological test soft system. Results The scores of E,N,L scale, SDS and SAS in observation group were higher than that in control group, and there was significant difference between 2 groups （P^0.05）. Conclusion The duration of vocal cord polyp had some correlation with patients＂ personality and psychological characteristics, negative emotion such as depression and anxiety, and instable personality.
