该文根据桥梁空心板梁(以下简称板梁)在施工预制、运输安装过程中可能造成的主要缺陷因素:板梁顶板开裂与底板空洞、裂缝,以及运输和安装隐患等缺陷进行了分析,并提出了在板梁的全程管理中如何进行病害的科学预防。该文所提出的预防措施为解决桥梁工程中由于构件质量问题而引发的桥梁安全问题给出了解决思路和科学的建议。

The article analyzes the main defect factors,i.e.cracking of top plate,the emptying and crack of bed plate,and hidden danger of transportation and installation of hollow plate beam possibly caused in the course of its construction,prefabrication,transportation and installation,and puts forward how to scientifically prevent the diseases in the whole process management of plate beam.The measures in the article give the solving thinking and the scientific suggestions to solve the bridge safety problems because of the quality of the components in the bridge engineering.
