Protective Scheme of Bridge Pier Keeping Clear of Φ800 High-pressure Gas Pipe

该文针对某城市道路跨线桥桥墩与Φ800高压燃气管距离较近的问题,通过设计优化,并采取诸如:在钻孔桩外加设永久性钢护筒;在燃气管两侧打入永久性拉森钢板桩并将其与承台周围的拉森钢板桩焊接;对燃气管及承台之间的土体进行压密注浆等保护措施。从而保证了工程的顺利推进及燃气管道的安全,取得了良好的效果。

Based on the issue that the bridge pier of an urban road overpass bridge is closed to Φ800 high-pressure gas pipe,the protective measures of adding the permanent steel barrel outside of cast-in-site pile,driving the permanent Lasson steel plate pile at both sides of gas pipe and welding it with Lasson steel plate piles surrounding the base slab,and compacting the soil between the gas pipe and base slab to pour are taken by the design optimization to as to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project and the security of gas pipe and to achieve the good effect.
