施工成本管理是项目管理的重要环节,此项工作既体现出施工企业技术与经济管理的水平,又决定着施工项目能否实现预期的利润目标。因此,在推行工程量清单计价后施工企业怎样合理控制施工成本,在满足工程质量和工期目标的前提下,最大限度地实现盈利目标是施工方最关心的问题。该文以施工企业为立足点,针对施工企业参与项目的各个阶段探讨施工成本的控制方法。

The construction cost management is the important link of project management.This work not only embodies the technical and economical management levels of the construction unit,but also determines whether or not the construction project can realize the expected profit object.Therefore,the construction unit pays more concern to how to reasonably control construction cost after pushing BOQ pricing mode and to furthest realize the payoff object under the premise of meeting the engineering quality and the construction period.The article discusses the control method of construction cost for various periods of the projects the construction unit participates in from the angle of the construction unit.
