两组以顺铂为主的联合方案治疗Ⅳ期肺癌的疗效初探

Study on Treatment Efficacy of 2 Groups of Cisplatin-Based Chemotherapy in Treating Advanced NSCLC

目的探讨、比较以顺铂为主的两组联合方案治疗Ⅳ期肺癌的疗效。方法选用无手术指征的５７例Ⅳ期肺癌进行化疗，其中２７例采用ＢＯＰ方案，３０例使用ＭＥＰ方案化疗。结果ＢＯＰ组缓解率为３７％，中位生存期１３个月。ＭＥＰ组缓解率为４３３％，中位生存期１６个月。显示ＢＯＰ组易致发热，ＭＥＰ组无发热及肺损害，有效率和生存期略高于ＢＯＰ组。结论ＭＥＰ方案不失为目前治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效组合方案。

Objective To compare the treatment efficacy of MEP regimen with BOP regimen in treating advanced lung cancer. Methods 57 stage Ⅳ lung cancer patients divided into 2 groups.One group of 27 cases were treated by BOP regimen, the other of 30 cases were treated by MEP regimen. Results The response rate and median survival time for BOP were 37% and 13 months, while 43.3% and 16 months for MEP group respectively. BOP regimen may induce fever in some patients,while MEP regimen didn't. MEP was with higher survival time than those of BOP regimen. Conclusion It was indicated that MEP regimen was an effective chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
