丝裂霉素与氟脲嘧啶、顺铂联合治疗晚期食管癌

MMC, 5-Fu and PDD Combined Chemotherapy for Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨晚期食管癌用ＭＥＰ方案治疗的疗效与毒副作用。方法丝裂霉素（ＭＭＣ）６～８ｍｇ／ｍ２静注第１天，５－氟脲嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）０７５～１ｇ／ｍ２静滴第１～５天，顺铂（ＰＤＤ）４０ｍｇ静滴第１～３天。３周重复。结果治疗４６例，能评价疗效的４０例，其中ＣＲ１例（２５％）、ＰＲ１６例（４０％）、Ｓ１８例（４５％）、Ｐ５例（１２５％），有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）４２５％。主要毒副反应为胃肠道反应及血液系统毒性，但多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论ＭＦＰ方案对晚期食管癌有一定疗效，毒性反应能耐受，可作为晚期食管癌的有效治疗方案。

Methods 6～8 mg/m 2 MMC was given by iv on the first day, 0.75～1 g/m 2 5-Fu was given by intravenous infusion from day 1 to day 5, 40 mg PPD by intravenous infusion on the first 3 days, The method above recycled every 3 weeks.
