Discussion on Difficulties Analysis & Resolutions for Building e-Government Information System

电子政务一直是近些年的热点问题。本文以广东水利"十五"期间电子政务建设发展过程为例,分析了电子政务系统建设和系统实施过程中的阻力和难题,并针对这些问题,提出了一些应对策略。

e-Government is a hot topic in recent years. In this paper,the author analyzed the obstructions and difficulties in development of building Guangdong water resources e-Government information system,and put forward some resolutions for us.
