输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术在胆道结石中的临床应用(附67例报告)

目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗胆道结石的疗效及安全性。方法:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外胆管结石67例。结果:术后6～8周B超及胆道造影未见肝外胆道内残余结石,未作治疗的肝内胆管结石仍在原位。全部病例无胆道出血、胆漏、肝功能损害等并发症。T管拔除后随访半年,总胆管内未发现残余结石,无胆管扩张及胆管炎征象,肝功能检查无异常。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外管结石结石有效、安全。

Objective:ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for biliary stones in the efficacy and safety.Methods:ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of 67 cases of bile duct stones.Results:6～8 weeks after B-and cholangiography No remnants of extrahepatic biliary stones,not for treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones still in situ.There were no biliary tract bleeding,bile leakage,liver damage Damage occurred.Follow-up six months after removal of T tube,the residual bile duct stones not found,no signs of bile duct dilatation and cholangitis,liver function tests No exceptions.Conclusion:ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of intrahepatic duct stones safe and effective.
