制约高考改革的社会心理因素分析

Social Psychological Factors and their Negative Impact on College Entrance Examination Reform

高考制度改革是教育乃至整个社会关注的焦点。在影响高考改革的诸多因素中,我们不能忽视社会心理这一因素。尤其是那些对高考改革起阻碍作用的社会心理因素,更要深刻分析并消除其负面影响,从而为高考改革寻求更广泛的社会认同。本文认为,高考改革中起阻碍作用的社会心理因素包括认识局限带来的消极情绪和错误观念、社会心理定势带来的排斥心理和舆论压力、不同利益主体间存在的社会心理冲突以及改革中心理适应能力不足等。

The reform of college entrance examination system has become focus of attention by the entire society.When analyzing the factors affecting the reform,we should not ignore the social psychological factor,and its negative impact on the reform.The paper outlines the social psychological factors which have negative impact on the reform as follows：the negative emotions and the false beliefs derived from limitation of cognition,psychological repellence and public pressure caused by mental set,mental conflict among the interest groups,and insufficient mentality adjustment.
