摘要
本文探讨了日本政府1996年提出的"宽松教育"的理念及其带来的"学力低下"的争论,同时通过对日本2007年度学力考试内容及结果的分析,可以看出日本的教育重心已过渡为以基础知识为主的扎实学力的培养,更加注重基础学力对人的综合能力和素质提高的价值。
This paper focuses on "A Margin for Education" in Japan implemented since 1996,analyzes its idea and the dispute of "Drop of Learning Ability" result from "a margin for edueation".Based on the 2007 national test on learning ability in Japan,the author thinks that the elementary education focus in Japan has transited to cultivating solid learning ability with the basic knowledge,and Japanese government has attached importance to the learning ability and its significant importance on the development of students' comprehensive capacity and quality.
