摘要
国际战略分歧是导致中苏从联盟走向破裂的主要原因。从1956年苏共二十大中苏国际战略分歧产生,到1960年苏联撤回援华专家中苏关系基本破裂,这四年多的时间里,1958年是中苏关系的一个转折点。双方因共同的国际战略利益而结盟,又因重大的国际战略分歧而破裂。
Different opinions on international strategy are the main causes for poor Sino-Soviet relations. The difference started since 1956 the 20th conference of Soviet Communist Party. And former soviet called back their scientists from China. The 1958 is a turning point of the relation. The two parties united for a common international strategy and broke up for the different opinions upon that.
